This intimate teaching retreat is for experienced teachers who want to better understand how to teach Kula Flow style yoga. In this training,plan to augment your understanding of creative, intelligent sequencing, as well as your ability to communicate physical and philosophical instruction clearly. There will be a strong emphasis on anatomical intelligence from a hands on perspective, expect much palpating and experimentation in the fine art of putting your hands on other bodies as well as your own. In addition, you will develop your authentic teaching voice. You will graduate from the School of Kula Rock with a 75 hour training certificate.

This intimate training is for teachers who want to better understand Wanderlust’s unique alignment-based style of Vinyasa, who seek to hone their skill of giving intelligent hands-on adjustments, or who are simply hoping for inspiration and for feedback on their teaching practice. What distinguishes Wanderlust-style vinyasa from its brothers and sisters in LA is Wanderlust teachers’ particularly close attention to alignment and detail, coupled with a creative and progressive approach to sequencing. These teaching skills don’t come out of nowhere - they have to be broken down and practiced. They come out of this training.
